The only solution I have is to schedule every second of the day, including a portion to schedule every second of the next day. I am terrible at making myself follow the schedule, but when I do, it is so nice. I just need to find a way to incorporate changes to the plan as things unexpectedly come up. I also know that this kind of scheduling would be a nightmare to most people.
